Meditron: the EPFLʹs large language model for medical knowledge

Scientists at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne have developed "Meditron", a pair of large open-source language* models adapted to the medical field. Their aim? To aid clinical decision-making. A diagnostic tool still in the testing phase, but which is, according to the first results released in pre-publication, the world's most powerful model.
