A non-invasive method of observing the spinal cord

Researchers at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne have developed a non-invasive technique for observing spinal cord activity. This is a first in the field of functional magnetic resonance imaging, and should provide a better understanding of this interface between our brain and our nerves.
