At the bedside of diabetic feet

The Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne has developed an insole equipped with valves that electronically manage the pressure exerted under the arch of the foot. The aim of this technology is to relieve the ulcers characteristic of diabetes and allow patients to heal to avoid dangerous superinfections.
