Super grafts" to treat diabetes

Proposing pancreatic cell "super-transplants" to patients with severe diabetes cʹis a possibility being explored at the University of Geneva. By managing to strengthen pancreatic islets prior to transplantation, researchers hope for a significant improvement in the success of cell transplants in severe diabetic patients.
