Uber Eats delivery drivers considered employees by Geneva

Uber Eats has lost a round in the Geneva courts. The meal delivery company linked to American giant Uber is considered a service rental company, and therefore an employer. Challenging this interpretation, Uber Eats will take the matter to the Federal Court.
