Alstom: the French state takes a stake, bad for Switzerland?

The French government has chosen General Electric's offer rather than that of Siemens. This alliance comes with rigorous conditions that respect France's interests. The French state therefore wants to take a stake in the French industrial giant by buying 20% of Alstom's capital from Bouygues.
