Neuchâtel, time to settle accounts

In Neuchâtel, there's good news and bad news. The good news: tax revenues are better than in Fribourg, Berne or Jura. The bad news is that spending is well above the Swiss average. For Neuchâtel is the canton with the highest levels of taxation, unemployment, welfare, divorce and single-parent families.
