Are Geneva and Vaud on the verge of becoming tax havens?

The cantons would like to lower their taxes to less than 14%, compared with around 20% for Swiss companies and around 10% for foreign companies. However, this reduction for Swiss companies is upsetting neighboring cantons such as Fribourg and Valais.
