"LuxLeaks: can we call it a scandal?

Nearly 340 multinationals, including UBS, Crédit Suisse, as well as Apple, Amazon and Ikea, have therefore signed secret tax agreements with Luxembourg to minimize their taxes, to the detriment of other countries: this is what an investigation by some forty international media has revealed.
