As consumption patterns have evolved very rapidly, more and more restaurateurs are choosing to deliver their dishes via delivery platforms such as Smood, Uber Eats or Eat.ch. But the contracts they sign are not always advantageous. For a restaurateur, you have to reckon that around 30 to 40% of the selling price of his dish will be taken by the delivery platform.
