The majority of Swiss employers want to encourage vaccination within their companies

If this rule comes into force, for Dominique Sprumont, professor of health law at the University of Neuchâtel, refusing vaccination could, as an ultima ratio, lead to dismissal, depending on the type of company and its sector of activity, as the employer has a legal duty to protect the health of its employees.
