Should inmates' medical confidentiality be lifted to protect society?

The murders of Marie and Adeline, the two young women killed by prisoners on probation, raise the question of medical secrecy in prisons. Several cantons, Valais and Geneva in particular, are preparing plans to relax or even lift this secrecy in order to protect the community.
