LʹEspace for patients and relatives to iron out conflicts

Almost eight years ago, the Vaud University Hospital (CHUV) set up "lʹEspace patients et proches", a space where patients and medical staff can freely express reproaches, grievances and misunderstandings. Confidences are collected by four mediators.
