Meeting with Benjamin Boutrel

Benjamin Boutrel studied at the Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris, and at the Faculté de médecine de la Pitié-Salpêtrière. He quickly became interested in biological psychiatry. Recruited by the Research Unit of the University Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at CHUV, he has been pursuing his research for the past ten years at the Cery psychiatric hospital. He has succeeded in erasing drug-related memories in the brains of coke-addicted rats.
