Who will look after the elderly?

Today, EMS are already understaffed, and with the number of elderly people set to increase, the situation is not going to get any better. How can we motivate young people to work in this sector? How can we overcome the clichés associated with working with the elderly? Geriatric care requires a high level of qualification to cope with the lʹevolution of pathologies due to aging, a job that can thus become more interesting.
