While it's mostly associated with the elderly, loneliness also hits young people hard. In Switzerland, nearly 60% of 15-24 year-olds say they sometimes or often feel alone, according to the Swiss Federal Statistical Office. This phenomenon has become more acute with the pandemic, and represents a major risk to mental health. How can we escape this loneliness? Or how to live better with it?
