"Vegetarian sausages" and "veggie chicken": forbidden names

One of Switzerland's most promising start-ups, Zurich-based plant-based chicken producer Planted, is no longer allowed to use the word "chicken" on its packaging. The Confederation is now clarifying how it is permitted to describe meat alternatives.
