The silence of the Vaud cantonal chemist on the Henniez affair benefited Nestlé

The Vaud Cantonal Chemist has known since 2020 that Henniez mineral water was illegally filtered. Yet it did not deem it necessary to inform the Conseil d'Etat, let alone the general public. This would have caused disproportionate economic damage to Nestlé, he believes.
