Pets: death in the soul

More and more of us in Switzerland are entrusting our pet's remains to an animal crematorium, to recover Medor or Felix's ashes in a small urn. Previously, most carcasses ended up at the rendering plant, transformed into industrial fats. This change speaks volumes about the evolution of our relationship with animals.
