La Rue: The pedestrian war

It's 8 o'clock in the morning, and you're out the door. The first contact with the street is traffic. A battle ensues with animals, garbage and stalls, and soon horse-drawn or motorized carriages. In the 19th century, streetcars soon appeared, and soon pedestrians were just another hazard.
