Which oils are best for our health?

Sunflower oil is widely consumed in Switzerland. However, from a dietary point of view, it doesn't provide all our needs in terms of quality fats, as it contains practically only omega-6. To ensure a good balance of fatty acids, we therefore recommend that you also consume olive oil, which is especially rich in omega-9s, as well as other oils, such as linseed, camelina, walnut and rapeseed.
