Swiss Olympic introduces quotas for national federations' executive committees

Since January 1, quotas have been in force within national federations affiliated to Swiss Olympic, the Swiss sports umbrella organization. Each executive committee must now include at least 40% men and 40% women, at the risk of seeing its funding reduced.
