The seniors we ignore

Our senior citizens regularly suffer age-related discrimination, despite the fact that the aging of the population is one of the most important transformations in contemporary society. Where do these stereotypes come from, and are they more widespread in Switzerland than racism or sexism? And how can we become aware that we are all seniors in the making?
