A sample of the Ryugu asteroid analyzed in Lausanne

Scientists from the University of Lausanne and the Muséum dʹhistoire naturelle de la Ville de Genève have been selected by the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency to analyze a sample of the Ryugu asteroid, one of the most primitive objects in the solar system. Researchers will have one year to study the chemical composition of these tiny bits of asteroid.
