Pyeongchang 2018: Russia's fate in the hands of the IOC

The IOC Executive Board will decide whether to allow Russia to take part in the Olympic Games in February in Pyeongchang, South Korea, after the revelation of state doping and the ex-post disqualification of 25 Russian athletes.
