Doping: 28 Russians suspended for life

Eight days before the PyeongChang Winter Olympics, the Court of Arbitration for Sport has disowned the IOC. CAS has completely annulled the sanction of 28 of the 43 Russian athletes suspended for profiting from the state doping system at the 2014 Sochi Olympics.
