Russian athletes suspected of doping took advantage of a legal grey area

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has lifted the sanctions imposed by the IOC on 28 Russian athletes. These athletes took advantage of an uncertain area between the application of the World Anti-Doping Code and criminal law.
