Lifelong learning: a battle for the next generation?

Motivated, eager to learn and to be useful, they are above all more demanding. Slippers are out of the question! So a necessity emerges that sounds like an emergency: the right to lifelong training! Yet "older adults" are not mentioned in any article or paragraph of the law on continuing education.
