Chaplaincies are traditionally found in schools, prisons and hospitals. Christian in origin, they are increasingly confronted with people who practice another religion, or who are not believers. What do they do? Should they review their role? And how can they pass on their knowledge to ensure that the next generation of women in Switzerland will be able to take their place?
