It's the states' turn to boost the economy

The European Central Bank can no longer revive European growth. This was the disappointing and somewhat unanimous assessment of markets and economists following the ECB's decision to continue its debt repurchase program, but without having to take extraordinary measures. Now it's the turn of the Member States to take stimulus measures.
