European border guard corps inaugurated on the migrant route

Located on the Bulgarian-Turkish border, the new European Border Guard can be deployed at any time to a hot spot on the European perimeter. Its aim is threefold: to save the Schengen area, restore cohesion between member states and control Europe's external borders more effectively. But isn't that expecting too much from this new entity?
