Immunotherapy wins Nobel Prize in Medicine

James P. Allison and Tasuku Honjo are the names of the two immunotherapy researchers who were awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine on October 1, 2018. Their work focuses on molecules capable of acting as immune "brakes": by modulating them, the immune system can be switched on to attack cancer. Will immunotherapy replace chemotherapy?
