Gender and career path

While we may advocate gender equality and encourage young people to think outside the box, there's still a great deal of gender conformity when it comes to choosing a career. We continue to find a majority of women in the care professions and a majority of men in the technical professions. So how can we encourage gender equality in career guidance?
