Frankenstein still challenges science 200 years on

Written exactly 200 years ago, Mary Shelley's novel "Frankenstein" continues to raise ethical and scientific questions. To celebrate this bicentenary, the Fondation Bodmer and the Fondation Brocher in Geneva are organizing a number of events around the figure of Frankenstein. For today, more than ever, the Promethean fantasy of creating man is on the verge of becoming reality.
