Feeding tomorrow: urban vegetable gardens

All over the world, many city dwellers are trying to grow back some of what they eat. In New York, among the skyscrapers, urban vegetable gardens are thinking big, obviously. On rooftops, in courtyards, just about everywhere, city vegetables are happily sprouting to the delight of lovers of more local and seasonal consumption.
