The Federal Administrative Court opposes the return of asylum seekers to Hungary

The Federal Administrative Court (FAT) is asking the Swiss Confederation to examine whether refugees can be sent back to Hungary under the Dublin agreements. Since 2015, Hungary has considerably tightened its migration policy.
