An employment rate of less than 70% does not guarantee a living wage in retirement

Part-time work, which concerns 60% of Swiss women and 16% of Swiss men, does not always guarantee a decent pension in retirement. In fact, an average activity rate of less than 70% does not allow the minimum subsistence level to be reached in retirement, according to a study revealed today by the Swiss Conference of Gender Equality Delegates.
