Dying green, instructions for use
Légende
A Swiss person living to the age of 75 will have emitted an average of over 1,000 tonnes of CO2 during his or her lifetime, not counting other types of environmental pollution. But this pollution doesn't stop at death, as cremation and burial have consequences for the environment, as do certain funeral rites. While the room for manoeuvre is limited, it is nevertheless possible to make choices that limit this negative impact.
