After draught beer, here comes draught wine. The Bibarium company in Geneva already works with some thirty winemakers in French-speaking Switzerland, and sells their wines in some twenty establishments in Geneva. How do consumers perceive this new way of serving wine from the barrel? And what kinds of wines are served this way?
