Diabetes: too many avoidable amputations in Switzerland

This year, the WHO went to war against diabetes, with, for the first time, a global report and shock figures: the number of sufferers has quadrupled since the 1980s to 422 million adults. In Switzerland, around 450,000 people are affected by the disease.
