Charmilles trial (GE): how can recidivism be better prevented?

The Geneva Criminal Court has sentenced the murderer of a 22-year-old man to 16 years and ten months in prison and a measure of internment. This sentence is complementary to the 38-month sentence handed down by the Juvenile Court in 2021, for his involvement in the beating, with friends, of two unknown men in St-Jean in January 2017.
