Convicted of helping his patient die

A general practitioner from Vaud, accused of giving a lethal injection to an 86-year-old patient appearing to be at the end of her life in 2015, has received a two-year suspended prison sentence. The 44-year-old doctor, his lawyer and his loved ones are relieved.
