Aspiring jihadist sentenced to 30 months in prison in Valais

An Afghan man prosecuted for preparatory criminal acts was sentenced to 30 months in prison on Monday. The Court of Sierre retained part of the facts presented by the prosecutor. Both the public prosecutor and the defense can still appeal against this judgment.
