Calculate the age of a stone

At the University of Lausanne, Johanna Marin-Carbonne, professor of stable isotope geochemistry and director of the SwissSim analysis platform, studies rocks to better understand the appearance of life on Earth. For her research, she uses a secondary ionization mass spectrometer to analyze rocks that are billions of years old.
