The 21st century version of professional retraining

More and more people over 35 are attending Switzerland's universities. A report by lʹOFS shows that their proportion has risen from 6% in 2005 to 19% in 2013. Even more striking: there are five times more forty-somethings at university today than in the 1980s. While some are returning to school to validate their skills with a diploma, others are aiming for professional reconversion, a change of life.
