World Alzheimer's Day

September 21 is World Alzheimer's Day. This neurodegenerative disease strikes nearly 40 million people worldwide, including 15% over the age of 80. It leads to the progressive disappearance of neurons in the regions of the brain that manage certain abilities, such as memory, language, reasoning or even lʹattention.
