Who are the economists in favor of the SNB gold initiative?

The "Save Switzerland's Gold" initiative, on which the Swiss will vote on November 30, calls for the Swiss National Bank (SNB) to repatriate to Switzerland its gold stocks placed in foreign countries and to build up yellow metal reserves of at least 20% of its assets.
