What is virility in politics?

"The SVP is the testosterone of the right," says Geneva national councillor Yves Nidegger. For him, Swiss political life lacks virility. "Today's dominant values are feminine: empathy for the weak, who are entitled to the same benefits as the strong, and a ban on discrimination. Conversely, masculine values invoke individual responsibility, merit and physical courage. Who embodies them today? What values do we defend when we lay claim to this virility?
