Sorbonne thesis examines the defense of public order in the Canton of Vaud

Numa Graa, a legal historian who teaches at the University of Neuchâtel, completed his thesis, entitled "Entre communisme et frontisme" ("Between communism and frontism"), at the Sorbonne in Paris on the defense of public order in Vaud between 1932 and 1939.
