Ski resorts and beyond?

More and more small resorts, especially those in small and medium-sized mountains, are being called upon to close down, leaving their former domains with the scars of an economic activity that global warming and the energy crisis are dooming. So what is to be done with these stigmata, the pylons, cables and cabins that are no longer needed? Have we sufficiently anticipated the dementiment?
